"How to find your dream co-founder and what to offer to seal the deal".

Coming on Wednesday, Apr 28th at 11:00 EST (5:00 pm CET). Join to learn secret tips on how to negotiate with your co-founder.

Looking for a co-founder is difficult on its own. And even when you *finally* have found a thought partner who can help you build your venture, you are not nearly done. How do you negotiate with him or her successfully to protect yourself, your company and incentivize them at the same time? How much equity is fair? Do you ask them for investment? What happens if they don't do their job?

In this webinar, we will cover all these questions and more!

  • How to determine how much equity to offer to your co-founder
  • Control & voting: which issues do you have and not have to agree on?
  • Vesting period: how long does it take for their equity to vest? Is there a cliff period?
  • Responsibilities: what will they do before and after funding?
  • Capital requirements:
  • Do they have to invest? If yes, how much and under which circumstances?
  • Time requirements: How much time do they work before/after funding?
  • Unwinding process: What happens if they want to leave or if you want them to leave?
  • Long-term prospects: What is their role as the company involves? Salary?
